Honey Jars

Farm to Table in Alaska

Our Buckfast honey bees are busy pollinating the edible flowers for your event.  When applicable, the fireweed honey is utilized on our menus for your event.

Executive Chef Kirsten Pedersen likes to add a striking element to the foods and displays when possible.  The unique glass pieces used in the presentations of the foods, adds a special flavour of colour to the event.  We love to integrate innovative and original style that adds that special touch to your event.
