Step 1: Complete the Enquiry Form

Please fill out and submit a short, comprehensive enquiry form regarding your event. This information will help us understand your event prior to your consultation.

 

Step 2: Book a Free 30 min. Consultation with our Chef

You will be required to book a phone consultation to discuss your event in more detail initially. You will receive an email with important booking information. Once your booking request has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with important links. 

 

Step 3: Review Menu Options x Pricing

Once we discuss your request we will send you a menu to review.  After confirmation of the requested menu, it is priced to reflect the venue and any amenities, rentals if required, the number of guests in attendance.  At that time, should you wish to engage our services, a formal contract will be drawn up and sent to  you for final review and signature.

NOTE: Options for catering include either FULL SERVICE

(wherein we provide all the setup, equipment and service for the event) or

DELIVERED/DROP OFF style and the client will receive all foods in disposable containers.   All setup and service will be the responsibility of the client for the day of the event.   Please consider that refrigeration and storage of foods in proper temperatures must be met.  Drop off style may not be suitable for all events based on the chosen menu, food storage or service requirements of particular menu items.

TASTINGS

We are a small operation and are limited on space, staffing and availability to offer up this option. Our facility must be thoroughly cleaned from visitors due to Covid~19 regulations and our adherence to those particular measures.
